The Fort Bend Regional Council On Substance
Abuse, Inc. receives funds from and is licensed by the Texas Department of State
Health Services. The Council is also supported by the Fort Bend United Way,
program fees and private donations. FBRC is a not-for-profit 501(c)3
organization. All services are provided by qualified personnel per state
requirements. FBRC operates on a sliding
scale fee basis.
