Minor in Possession of Tobacco State Certified Class |

This is a program for teenagers who have received a first tobacco offense. It provides four 2-hour sessions where you will take part in group discussions and activities regarding tobacco.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol State Certified Class |
|
This program is for teenagers who have received a first alcohol offense (MIP, MIC, DUI, PI, and others). The course consists of two 3-hour classes, for a total of six (6) hours and utilizes group discussion and activities.

Texas DWI Education Program |
|
This is a program for adults who have been charged with a first offense DWI. It provides 12 hours of education on the dangers of driving while under the influence.

Texas DWI Repeat Offender Education Program |
|
This is a program for adults who have received a second DWI offense. It provides 32 hours of education about the dangers of driving while under the influence.
|
Texas Drug Offender Program |
This is a program for adults who have been charged
with a felony or misdemeanor drug charge. It provides 15 hours of education
about the dangers of drug use and abuse and information about state laws. Over
the course of five 3-hour sessions, you will be take part in group discussions
and activities.
